Telehealth with Doctor
​​In order to claim Medicare Rebates, you must have seen our clinic doctor in person before being eligible to see him via Telehealth and claim Medicare Rebates.
All Telehealth Consultations are bulk billed.
International Payments
International Payments Telehealth $125 AU per hour
Counselling & Coaching only
Fee Policy

You must include a credible payment option when you book. Your account should have money in it so that your appointment can be charged. Please do not use a card that is associated with an account that does not have available funds. You may be charged at the commencement of your appointment. Ensure that your medicare and bank details are correct when you book.

Payments for counselling are made at the time of booking.
​​​
No-shows are charged 100% of the fee.
Cancellations can be re-scheduled ONLY if you contact the clinic.
If you wish to reschedule -

Please contact the clinic with a new time that you have chosen through our current available times.
We will re-book your appointment at no charge.
