Creative Therapy

At Drummond Street Counselling, we also offer alternatives to conventional counselling therapies. Explore your challenges through mindfulness exercises, Gestalt-inspired activities, (more info) walking, music, journaling, writing, photography, energy healing, meditation and creative expression.

If you are interested in an online weekly group creative counselling session for women, which we have named our 'Sisterhood Therapy', program, please email us at support@theadhdclinic.com.au 

 

These online sessions will look at the challenges facing women and how we can become the best versions of ourselves.

Gestalt

Gestalt therapy is a present-focused, relational approach that helps you build awareness of what you’re thinking, feeling, and doing in the here and now. Rather than analysing you as a 'problem to fix,' it supports you to notice patterns, unmet needs, and stuck points as they show up in real time - so you can experiment with new ways of responding. Gestalt sessions may include gentle experiential work (like guided awareness, parts work, or chair work) to help you integrate emotions, strengthen boundaries, and move toward clearer, more grounded choices.
