Gestalt therapy is a present-focused, relational approach that helps you build awareness of what you’re thinking, feeling, and doing in the here and now. Rather than analysing you as a 'problem to fix,' it supports you to notice patterns, unmet needs, and stuck points as they show up in real time - so you can experiment with new ways of responding. Gestalt sessions may include gentle experiential work (like guided awareness, parts work, or chair work) to help you integrate emotions, strengthen boundaries, and move toward clearer, more grounded choices.
